Cancellation terms

  1. Cancellation be done only by giving us a call/SMS on 91-977-977-6035 and emailing us at [email protected], you must use at least 2 options to do the genuine cancellation within 30 minutes of making the payment.
  2. If no confirmation email reply from your side no refund will be given, as the email belongs to you treated as proof of identity to avoid false refunds.

Refund Policy

To be eligible for a refund, you must take care of the following terms and Conditions

  1. You must call/SMS and email both after requesting cancellation and ask for a refund for the amount.
  2. If no confirmation email reply from your side no refund will be given, as the email belongs to you treated as proof of identity to avoid false refunds.
  3. A refund will be given within 30 days, after getting a confirmation email reply from your side.
  4. You will get the 95% of your money as refund in case of tour and travel packages.
  5. In case of Air ticket cancellation, rules and conditions will be applied as per the airline, and the amount of refund will be as per their terms and conditions

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
